Ganesh also collects the information that users choose to submit to Ganesh, such as through a Credit Application, Customer Feedback, Employment Application, Parts Request, Service Request, or Time Study Request. Children are not eligible to register of or submit information through the Site, and we ask that minors not submit any personal information to us.

B. Website Use Information

In addition to personal information that you choose to submit, the Site also gathers other information that may be used by Ganesh or shared with third parties. This information may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer. Business Purposes for Submitted Information. Ganesh uses information submitted by users consistent with the purposes for which it was submitted. Ganesh may retain indefinitely all the information we gather about you in an effort to make your repeat use of our website more efficient, practical, and relevant. Ganesh takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect users’ information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online, including encryption security for credit card submissions. Such commercially reasonable precautions, however, do not absolutely guarantee the absolute protection of your personally identifying information.
